There was a brainstorming session regarding Kumraura with Vinod Jain of Trust Livelihood last year in September. We used his board to pen down a few ideas. The images have been uploaded.
Some ideas included the development mobilisation should be over a period of 8 years to make the process sustainable. It would also suggested that a cluster of villages around Kumraura ought to be chosen instead of just one or two villages. The initial proposal was about 10 villages based on support available.

The key focus areas of work could be in Education-Skills Development, Micro-Enterprise/Co-operative Development, Energy sustainability and Self Governance. The execution team would perhaps need 4-5 different roles to address the requirements for development.
